Leadership

Musper Solutions is led by Peninah Burabyo Musoni, a private sector development specialist with over 14 years of experience supporting entrepreneurship, SME growth, and ecosystem development in Rwanda.

She has worked extensively with the private sector, financial institutions, and development partners to design and implement programs that strengthen entrepreneurship and improve access to finance for SMEs.
